This is a complete redesign of the VPay Customer Call Center's internal software application. The goal was to reduce call times from their 15-20 minutes down to a 5-8 minute window. I completed the conceptualization and redesign for this business application. Due to time crunches on the development side, I stepped in to create a fully-functioning HTML/CSS/javascript version of the front-end UI and UX. This interface not only allowed the CSR's to complete a single issue, but additional similar issues for the same client/customer.
This is the Samsung North America Training Portal. I created the UX/UI to provide an elegant interface. My knowledge of HTML and CSS helped to provide a clean/usable design that is easily updated. The new user registration process was reimagined and simplified (by me), then implemented by external vendor, RapidLD.

This invitation was created for the year-end function. The image of the yellow fire hydrant is a unique historic feature of Frisco. The water moves upward and out of the card when it is opened by the user.
This packet was a give-away for the year-end function. The postcards had images of historic Frisco, Texas on the front. The punch-out on the backs of the cards could be assembled to create a model of Frisco's City Hall.
